Sound Healing is all about specific sounds that vibrate at certain frequencies. Since our body is 70% water, these vibrations are conducted throughout the body and penetrate deep into our brains, cells and tissues. This helps to release blockages and bring you back into balance.

During the session your brain produces Alpha waves, and in deeper relaxation even Theta waves. In this state you can spontaneously see colors and images, which leads to creative
